DrainDispatch connects homeowners with independent licensed drain and sewer contractors across 38 states. We are a referral service, not a plumbing contractor.
Who is responsible for this site
This website is published and operated by DrainDispatch. We are a referral service, not a plumbing contractor.
You can reach a real person here about anything on this site — a factual error, a bad experience with a contractor we routed you to, or a question about how we work:

Why this site exists
Drain problems are unusually badly served online. Search for a blocked drain and you get either a plumber’s marketing page for a town they may not cover, or a directory listing with no information in it. Almost nobody explains what is actually wrong, how a contractor works it out, or what the job should cost.
We publish that explanation, and we route the call. That is the whole business.
What we are careful about
- Coverage claims. We say exactly which ZIP codes we can route and we do not round up. Where a state has thin coverage, the state page says so plainly.
- Prices. We publish attributed national ranges and label them as context, never as quotes. Only the contractor on site can price your job.
- Reviews. We publish none, because we cannot verify any.
- Licences. We link the issuing authority for every state where we have verified it, and we tell you to check before work starts.
What we would like to hear about
Anything factually wrong on the site, and any bad experience with a contractor we routed you to. Both go to hello@draindispatch.com.
